What are your opening hours ?
Monday – Friday : 9.00 am – 5.00 pm
How do you provide support ?
I provide support mainly via Remote Support, however if the issue cannot be fixed by Remote Support I may need to visit your home or busniess
What is a Maintenance Plan ?
This allows me to provide you support on a regular basis for a fixed amount, this means that with careful mointering I can prevent a lot of breakdowns
How do you bill your customers
There is a minumuim charge of one hour, thereafter you will be billed in 15 minuite increments
Payment is due on completion of the job / project, unless you have a prior agreement with me
