What are your opening hours ?

Monday – Friday : 9.00 am – 5.00 pm

How do you provide support ?

I provide support mainly via Remote Support, however if the issue cannot be fixed by Remote Support I may need to visit your Home or Business

Is a maintenance plan right for me ?

This allows me to provide you support on a regular basis for a fixed cost, this means that with careful mointering I can prevent a lot of breakdowns

What are your payment terms ?

For Pay As You Go support there is a minumuim charge of one hour (£60.00), thereafter you will be billed in 15 minuite increments.

Payment is due on the completion of the job / project, unless you have a prior agreement with me.

If you need to cancel or move your appointment with me please do so at least 24 hours beforehand to avoid being charged.

If you pay monthly your payment date will be the first working day of the month.
