What Are Your Opening Hours ?

Monday – Friday : 8.00 am – 5.00 pm

How Do You Provide Support ?

Remote Support can be used to solve most issues, however if the job is not suitable for Remote Support I will need to visit your Home or Business

If you need to cancel or move your appointment with me please do so at least 24 hours beforehand to avoid being charged.

What Are The Benefits Of Managed IT Services ?

This allows me to provide support on a regular basis for a fixed cost, this means careful monitoring can prevent a lot of breakdowns.

What Are Your Payment Terms ?

If you are on a Managed IT Services Plan your payment date will be the first working day of the month.

For Pay As You Go support there is a minimum charge £60.00, after hour one you will be billed in 15 minute increments.

Payment is due on the completion of the job / project, unless you are on a Managed IT Services Plan .
